During a session of clinical hypnosis, your therapist will use guided techniques to relax the conscious part of the brain.  In doing so the subconscious must take over and at this point your professionally trained therapist will use various techniques to help you create new instincts, behaviours and attitudes towards the area you require support with.  It is important to note that no one can be hypnotised against their will, or do anything they wouldn’t want to do whilst under hypnosis.
